Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our cancelations policy.

  • We require 48 hours notice, prior to the start time of your booking, of cancellation or rescheduling on a single bookings, otherwise 100% of booking is payable/non-refundable. If you can produce a Fit Note (or Statement of Fitness for Work) we will consider waiving the cancellation fee, on a case by case basis. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (via email).  Please keep the cancellation email as proof.
  • Multiple & Weekly Bookings = Under 5 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling 50% booking is payable, under 72 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling 100% of booking is payable. 
  • Consecutive Bookings of 3 days or more = Under 5 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling 50% booking is payable, under 72 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling 100% of booking is payable.
  • Continuous Bookings (every week in perpetuity) = Please give 7 days notice to cancel or discontinue this booking without occurrent full cost of the rehearsal. Repeated cancellations may result in cancellation of a continuous booking.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (via email).  Please keep the cancellation email as proof.

PAYMENT FOR THE SESSION MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE OR ON ARRIVAL UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE IN ADVANCE.

All rooms come with FREE backline* Only the amps & drums in the room are included and are subject to change without notice.  Any special requests will incur an additional hire fee. Please ask for further details.

* i) Subject to availability ii) backline consists of 1 guitar amp in standard studios & 2 guitar amps in premium rooms, one bass amp  and drumkit shells and stands iii) additional amps and equipment may incur  additional costs iv) offer may be withdrawn at any time v) obvious abuse of  equipment may result in offer becoming null and void to certain individuals. vi) drumkit cymbals available for hire at an additional charge. deposit may also be  required.
