In celebration, we thought we’d highlight some of the awesome bands who rehearse here and hook you up with their Bandcamp sites…<\/p>\n\n\n\n Julie Dawson<\/a> – Lead singer from studio sweethearts NewDad<\/a> just released a beautiful solo record Bottom of the Pool<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Honeyglaze<\/a> – Fantastic new album Real Deal<\/em> was released in September. UK tour Nov\/Dec. Playing London, Village Underground, Dec 3rd<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wu-Lu<\/a> – Achingly cool, Wu-Lu\u2019s album Learning To Swim On Empty <\/em>came out earlier this year. Catch them supporting Pink Siifu on Sat 16 Nov at London Islington Academy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n BERRIES<\/a> – Pick of the bunch! BERRIES are on tour in Oct when they release their follow up to How We Function<\/em>, which is out Oct 18th – see their link tree for tix and to pre-save Jagged Routine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Charley Stone<\/a> – Indie guitar goddess, from all the bands – this is her solo project where she is backed by The Actual Band. See Charley in Cheltenham on Sat 12 Oct supporting the fabulous Shoun Shoun<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Benedict Cork<\/a> – Wonderful singer\/songwriter released his debut album Notes on a Hopeless Romance<\/em> this year, and the live EP of his show at Bush Hall is heartbreaking and joyful all at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Drive Your Plow<\/a> – These lot are an absolute joy, check them out on Tues Oct 15 at our local – The Windmill<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Warmduscher<\/a> – We heart Warmduscher, it\u2019s a brighter day in the studio when this lot rock up. Their show in Bristol at the Marble factory on Nov 9th<\/a> sees support slots from two other studio favourites Alien Chicks<\/a> and Dog Race<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kugelschreiber<\/a> – Wonky popsters led by Sharron Fortnam (North Sea Radio Orchestra\/Cardiacs) who recently visited the studio to rehearse when they added our Jen to the live line up. Debut album Cheerleaders<\/em> is out now and it\u2019s brilliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Holy Springs<\/a> – We\u2019re so intrigued by this shoegaze\/electronic unit. They recently supported the glorious Film School at the Moth Club. Keep an eye out for more dates from this lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I, Doris<\/a> – It is always a delight to see the Doris’s at the studio. Mixed by the boss Stephen ‘Doris’ Gilchrist and featuring Chumbawamba frontman and indie legend Dunstan Bruce, Not Done Yet<\/em> was released in June this year. Catch I,Doris at Loudwomen’s 9th Birthday Party on Oct 12th<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Joyzine<\/a> – The studio\u2019s very favourite zine has released not one, not two, but THREE volumes of JOY to celebrate their 20th anniversary and raise money for Hope Not Hate.
